Easy to set up and my daughter loves it

Super fast shipping, l didn’t expect it will arrived 3 days after purchased. I git 12ft and bigger than l thought. Thank you! My kids love it.

Purchased this trampoline for my grandchildren for Christmas; it arrived quickly. Their dad had no problem assembling it but saw a few "stress" areas on the mat, let me know and I contacted the seller. Sent the seller requested pictures and was promised a prompt replacement. The replacement mat arrived today, just a week after I'd notified the seller of the issue. This trampoline is big, very sturdy (like the way the poles bow out for strong winds) and the grandchildren are looking forward to jumping now. This seller really stands behind his product, and I was 100% impressed with the customer service - would definitely recommend purchasing from this seller!

I highly recommend this product and Amazon's deliver service! They delivered Christmas. This year, I wanted to send my grandkids that live in another state a Christmas gift that was beyond traditional indoor toys. Something that would keep the entire family moving safely together while having fun. This trampoline met those expectations for my grandkids and their parents. I also remembered to get their parent's blessing before ordering it, because setup space and assembly would be required. As far as assembly and durability are concerned, my son-in-law isn't a big fan of turning wrenches, but he said he had no problems with assembly or with use and he's over 6 ft and over 240 lbs.

Made cheap, flexible even when assembled. I would not buy this if I had another chance. Looks good in ad but is not built to last.

Quality i feel is POOR. First off if u order this pumpkin shaped trampoline be aware you'll assemble the frame upside down then you get the task to set it up flip it over. Afterwards it'll pop apart you'll then need a rubber mallet to tap it back into place for safety before you continue your assembly. If you buy this be aware its not like it should be the poles are not pure heavy steel more like aluminum. I've had to include a video showing you can easily move this frame 1 handed lift it up. Its a 12 ft pumpkin shape trampoline it should have heavy steel not lightweight aluminum poles for frame ect. My boy is 109 lbs over 10 years old this was reviewed that this could easily hold over 700 lbs and adult and kid can be together on it. Sadly id say no just 1 kid at a time. After u put the n

Trampoline is awesome. We got the 16ft. It's huuugggeeee. One part bent during set up, reach out to the seller and the replaced the part right away. Luckily the instructions come with pics because the written part is very vague. I always say instructions are for people who can read, just show me pics on how to do it. It took about 3.5 hours by myself to get it put together. Highly recommend this product.

10 ft trampoline is exactly the size we needed, the price was spot on and the quality is great but there are just a few things that could have been better... The instructions were awful. Terrible photos and no words. Everything was just thrown in the box for you to figure out what is what but with awful instructions. Luckily my husband is smart and has patience because that is what it took a lot of... The kids love it and the basketball goal is great for boys but prepare yourself for the lack of "what to do next." #SAHMThoughts
